Jewelry has always been an art de vivre for the Parruitte family. Today, they run MCGP, one of the leading jewelry manufacturing groups in France. Naturally, this vocation was passed down to Camille Parruitte from an early age. Driven by a passion for excellence in craftsmanship, the young entrepreneur was determined to perpetuate her family’s heritage and infusing it with a dose of energy and modernity.
A Passion for Jewelry: A Family Affair
In 2015, Camille Parruitte set herself a challenge: to create a luxury jewelry Maison that would be equally desirable and socially committed, responsible and sustainable. She wanted to make jewelry that was easy, a little playful and radiant with positive energy. Thus was born Maison Nouvel Héritage: a perfect fusion of past and future, savoir-faire and contemporary audacity.
An Exercise in Style
Pure shapes, taut lines, and masterful simplicity: Nouvel Héritage focuses on design that goes straight to the heart of the matter. Luxury jewelry for everyday life, the Maison’s creations play on traditional codes and draw inspiration from all over. The Mood collection draws inspiration from the aesthetic codes of the punk movement to create precious pieces crafted in 18-carat recycled gold or titanium. Another expression of the Maison’s free spirit, the Latch collection is inspired by sneaker laces. More than a style, each Nouvel Héritage jewel expresses an identity.
From New York to Paris
Although the first chapter in its history was set in New York, during Camille Parruitte’s college years, Nouvel Héritage continues its adventure in Paris. From the Rue de la Paix, right in the heart of the City of Light, the Maison demonstrates excellence in French savoir-faire on either side of the Atlantic and beyond. In combining these two worlds, Camille Parruitte has created a Maison in her own image — a subtle blend of New York’s modernity and Parisian elegance.
