Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer complimentary returns and exchanges on all eligible U.S. orders—whether in-stock or made-to-order—within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, click here.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in resalable condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Returns must be shipped by the 14th day using the pre-paid return label provided
  • We do not accept returns beyond this window

Upon receipt, returned items are inspected by our team. Pieces not in original condition may incur a 15% restocking fee.

We do not offer complimentary returns on international orders at this time. However, we’re here to help—please reach out to our Client Service team, and we will guide you through the return process.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to finalize the transaction.

Can I place an exchange?

If you’d prefer another piece, we’re happy to offer an exchange for an item of equal or greater value. Contact our Client Service team to begin the process, or start the exchange here.

How do I start a return?

Please visit our return center here to process your return. You will be able to submit a return request using your order number and email address. Our concierge team will review the request and once approved, send you a pre-paid FedEx label by email. All returns are inspected upon receipt to ensure they are in new, resalable condition. 

Can I return or exchange gifts?

If you received your piece as a gift (purchased via our website), you may exchange it for another creation of equal or greater value. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credits.

Orders & Delivery

How long will delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 1 to 2 business day in the U.S., depending on your location and shipping method. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

How much is shipping?

We offer complimentary shipping within the U.S.

When will my order ship?

In-stock pieces ship within 1 to 2 business days.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to make changes or cancel it. Please contact our Concierge Team at concierge@nouvelheritage.com as soon as possible.

Is my payment secure?

Yes, your payment is completely secure. Nouvel Heritage uses Shopify's secure checkout system which is PCI compliant and protects your information with industry-standard SSL encryption.

We never store your full credit card details on our servers. All transactions are processed through trusted payment providers with fraud protection measures in place to keep your personal and financial information safe.

Do you offer engraving or personalization?

Yes, select pieces may be engraved. You'll see the option on the product page if it’s available. Please note that engraved pieces are final sale.

Do you offer repair or resizing services?

Yes. We offer repair services for most pieces. Reach out to concierge@nouvelheritage.com and we’ll review your request individually.
